    FOUNDER and FACILITATOR

    Jess utilizes her years of healing from childhood sexual abuse and adversity to coach others in expanding their comfort zones and finding personal freedom. She’s created Adventure Day as a way to give others the tools and opportunities to experience what helped her transform into the victor of her own life story. She will be guiding our group discussions and mini challenges. Find out more about Jess here.

  • Nicole Schade

    YOGA INSTRUCTOR

    Nicole is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Social Work. She became certified as a yoga instructor as another way to help bring healing and holistic wellbeing to others. She enjoys traveling and spending time in nature. She will be guiding us through our yoga flows!

  • Rick Moschel

    BREATHWORK GUIDE

    Rick has worked with elite athletes, including professional MMA fighters, national and college wrestlers, NFL and NHL players, CEOs, and more. Passionate about personal growth, he dedicates his life to training the mind, body, and soul through daily practices like meditation, gratitude, breathwork, and challenging workouts. An avid hiker and lifelong learner, Rick’s mission is to heal and empower others. He will be leading a transformative breathwork session.
